What can I do? Guidance and exchange of experiences
Decolonization is a process of reflection, recognition and understanding which can be initiated at all levels of the research process - whether it be on an individual, project team or institutional level. There is no ready-made solution. Nevertheless, many groups and individuals having already reflected on decolonizing their research collaborations have already documented these processes and dialogues, whether it be in the form of guidance documents, blog posts or reports. Here we present a (non-exhaustive) selection of documents aimed at supporting researchers in their own reflections on decolonizing science.
